Microsoft Officially Acquires Skype

So it seems Microsoft has a new division under its wings. Everything has bee finalised and the previous owners walked away with a nice $8.5 billion of Microsoft’s money.

Of course the acquisition means you can expect some nice integration of Skype with Microsoft product. And perhaps finally the Skype app that many Windows Phone 7 users have been waiting for.
