Tango, first video calling app for Windows Phone 7 in Marketplace (hands-on video)
With some of the second generation Windows Phone 7 devices being equipped with front facing cameras, it was only about time before a video calling app popped up in the Marketplace. Tango is an app available on Android, iOS, PC and now of course Windows Phone 7. Tango will allow you to make free video calls across all those platforms for free.
For Window Phone users, you will need to have the Mango update to use the app. Even without your device having a front facing camera, Tango will still allow the user to make video calls using the phone’s back camera. There seems to be a trend however of this app not working on some first gen Samsung Focus’ (Samsung Focus and Omnia 7 users having issues with the app are recommended to download Samsung’s updated version via this link).
Tango is available in the Marketplace now and can be downloaded via this link.
